At Meraki, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. If your selection isn't the perfect fit for your space, we are here to help facilitate a seamless return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they remain safe during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
